These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Xtrafolio Affiliate Program (“Program”) and set forth the terms and conditions of your participation. By joining the Program, you agree to abide by all terms outlined below.

Program Guidelines

1. No Self-Referrals
   Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to make purchases. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
2. Prohibited Manipulation
   Any attempt to manipulate, deceive, or exploit the affiliate system—such as fake coupon posts or misleading claims—will lead to permanent ban.
3. Advertising Restrictions
   Affiliates may not run paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) that compete with Xtrafolio’s marketing or use branded keywords. Violation will result in removal from the Program.
4. No Impersonation
   Affiliates must not present themselves as Xtrafolio employees or official representatives under any circumstance.
5. Changes to Terms
   Xtrafolio reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued participation implies agreement to the most current version.

Payout Terms

1. Key Definitions
   • Affiliate: A registered participant promoting Xtrafolio’s products/services.
   • Commission: Earned at 25% of the total sale amount for each qualified referral.
   • Qualified Referral: A customer referred through an affiliate link who completes a valid purchase.
   • Payment Period: Monthly. Commissions are paid on the 30th of each month for the previous month’s activity.
   • Cookie Duration: 60 days. Sales made within this period after clicking your link are credited to you.
   • Payment Methods: PayPal or Wise. Affiliates must provide accurate account details.
   • Termination: Account may be closed for violation of guidelines or fraudulent behavior.
2. Commission Payout
   Commissions are paid monthly, on the 30th, with no minimum threshold.
3. Minimum Payout Threshold
   None. Affiliates receive all valid commissions regardless of amount.
4. Termination
   Any breach of the affiliate rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.
5. Affiliate Dashboard
   Each affiliate gets access to a dashboard with real-time data on referrals and commissions.
6. Tax & Legal Responsibility
   Affiliates are responsible for managing their tax obligations. Xtrafolio does not offer tax/legal advice.
7. Updates to Terms
   These terms may be updated without notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
